Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a preorder request. Changes depend on whether preparation has already started.
Custom or Prepared Items
Fresh baked goods and custom-prepared items may be limited in cancellation or refund options once preparation has started.
Payment Refunds
If a payment was completed through Square and a refund is approved, the refund will be handled through Square according to Square processing timelines.
Missed Pickup
If you cannot make your pickup time, please contact us. Alternate pickup or delivery options may be available but are not guaranteed.
